I was very disappointed with this one. Share your thoughts with other trainin. Scott Johnson rated it really liked it Nov 06, I work with school and college students and have used the exercises in my workshops with good results. I have used exercises from this book mainly with older conservative mainly male participants and find a bit of resistance to some of the exercises but others have been very powerful and helpful.
Most of them are not very good or old and too familiar. It has exercises for icebreaking, team building, communications, developing facilitation skills, energising everybody, developing perception, helping people evaluate and for developing self management.
